Pricing

Shipping is free on orders of ₺750 and above. For amounts below, a fixed shipping fee is shown in the order summary.

Undeliverable Shipments

If no one is present at the address, the courier makes a second delivery attempt. Undeliverable shipments are returned to us.

Damaged Shipment

If your package is damaged, have a report drawn up before accepting it and get in touch with us.
