You may return your items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and their tags remain attached.

For exchange requests for a different colour or product, simply contact our customer service.

Return Process

• Prepare the item in its original packaging.
• Send it free of charge with our partner courier.
• Once your return is approved, your refund is made within 3–7 business days.
